🎯 What will you take out?
In this course consisting of 3 online workshops and a 45-minute one-on-one mentorship online call, you will receive proven methods to increase (team and personal) effectiveness and resilience which will have a positive impact in the way you work together, take care of what is important, and will guide the way your team / organizations deal with tensions and resolve conflicts.

These online workshops are for you if:

Liebe Macherinnen und Macher,

wir haben als eigenleben gGmbH seit August 2021 ein Speisecafé im Münchner Univiertel angemietet. Unser gemütliches "zweites Wohnzimmer" mit bis zu 40 Plätzen innen und außen bringt die Generationen niedrigschwellig zusammen über gute Speisen, feine Drinks und gemeinsame Interessen und wirkt so der Vereinsamung von Jung und Alt entgegen.

Wir nutzen die Fläche aktuell nur an 3 Tagen (Di, Mi, Do). Zu schade für diese wertvolle, zentrale Location, dass sie so viel leer steht! Deswegen möchten wir die anderen Tage gerne an andere, nicht nur an sozial engagierte Nutzer vermieten.

Denkbar ist eine tageweise Nutzung zum Arbeiten im Team oder zum Feiern in Gesellschaft (bis 22 Uhr), mit oder ohne Verpflegung. Oder eine regelmäßige Nutzung für eigene Projekte.

U.U. wäre auch eine langfristige Anmietung/ein room sharing möglich.

Creating the link between inner and outer development: tools and frameworks for guiding change
Understanding and strengthening the connection between inner dimensions and outer action is an age-old endeavour. We are excited to co-host this workshop together with two partner organisations – Agentur 2020 and Von Westfalen. Both organisations have extensive experience in supporting teams and organisations on their path towards sustainability.In our workshop, we will:

• introduce the framework of the Inner Development Goals and how it links to your work, and
• explore how finding relevant metrics and applying evaluation in a regenerative way can support you in developing inner and teamwork capacities.
