For us here at Unity Effect, the process of measurement and (impact) evaluation is based on curiosity, joint learning, sharing knowledge, and applying methodologies that capture human complexity. It is an empowering process that reveals hidden opportunities and resources, creates a deeper understanding of projects, and opens up scenarios for joint action.

Yet, as most of us know, measurement and evaluation are often not applied in this way. In our 90-minute intro session, you will therefore: 

• learn about the fundamentals and practical applications of a regenerative approach to measurement and evaluation, 

• gain insights into frameworks and tools that you can apply in your work, and

• explore case studies that bring Regenerative Measurement and Evaluation to life, sparking ideas and inspiration for your own context.

As well as signing up, you can read our reflections on measurement as a regenerative practice, and how we applied those ideas to the Kofi Annan Foundation’s Changemakers Initiative and to our own Purpose Journey.

Do you know that feeling when a process in your organisation is off and no one feels responsible? And you’re not sure about your own role – maybe because you’ve only just joined the organisation, or your team has been undergoing changes and redistributing certain tasks?

At Unity Effect – a social business for more than five years with a team of three to eight people – we’ve been in these situations too. In the last year we’ve reworked our organisational map to make sure that people who care about certain topics are in the driver’s seat for these respective areas. This really helped us to navigate the changes and transitions towards a part-time team. Feeling secure in your role also contributes by providing you with energy and certainty to act on the things you care about!

In this free workshop, we’d like to share our experience and approach at Unity Effect with you. We will introduce you to the concept of organisational maps based on Sourcing and you will have the opportunity to draw your own organisational map!

ich starte gerade in meine Selbstständigkeit im Kontext Organisationsentwicklung und regeneratives Wirtschaften. Bei mir gibt es Inspiration, Wissen und Gespür rund um die Frage: Was zeichnet Menschen und Organisationen aus, die regenerative Produkte nachhaltig erfolgreich in die Welt bringen? Denn eines ist klar - die Welt braucht mehr regenerative Produkte, mehr lebendige Organisationen und mehr Menschen, die mit Wissen und Gespür die Dinge angehen.
