am 16. Mai um 14.30 Uhr werde ich einen Workshop co-hosten, bei dem wir uns der Frage der persönlichen Wirksamkeit widmen.

Als Zukunftsgestalter:in kann es schon mal herausfordernd sein, wie ich mich bestimmten Gegebenheiten (z.B. Krisen) gegenüber positioniere und wie ich sowohl als Einzelperson und in Teams einen relevanten Beitrag leisten kann.

Im Workshop geht es dabei weniger um Theorie und Konzepte (auch wenn es etwas Input gibt), und mehr um konkrete Übungen und den Austausch mit anderen. Die Intention von uns ist es, unsere eigene Wirksamkeit spürbar zu machen.

A guest speaker at a seminar we recently facilitated shared his own definition of VUCA: “Having a Vision, knowing your USP (unique selling proposition), taking Chances, and having Ambition.”

Being aware that the world we live in is increasingly complex is one thing. It is quite another thing to live the strategies and practices to respond to it at an individual, team and organisational level. We explore the latter in our workshop: How can we bridge our vision and purpose with our daily work? How can we identify risks and opportunities in what can sometimes feel an overwhelming environment? And how can we bring our unique strengths to the process? 

Join us on Zoom for a free workshop on “Leadership in a changing and complex world”. Over 90 minutes we will:

• explore tools and models from systems thinking to make sense of a changing and complex world, 

• learn about practices and tips that you can use yourself and in your team on a daily or regular basis,

• invite you to share your own experiences and hear from others from around the world.

This workshop also provides an opportunity to learn more about what Unity Effect offers in the areas of leadership development, organisational learning, and regenerative measurement and evaluation. 

This is a free, public workshop. We especially welcome those working in purpose- and vision-driven organisations, such as foundations, development agencies, social enterprises or impact networks. Creating the link between inner and outer development: tools and frameworks for guiding change
Understanding and strengthening the connection between inner dimensions and outer action is an age-old endeavour. We are excited to co-host this workshop together with two partner organisations – Agentur 2020 and Von Westfalen. Both organisations have extensive experience in supporting teams and organisations on their path towards sustainability.In our workshop, we will:

• introduce the framework of the Inner Development Goals and how it links to your work, and
• explore how finding relevant metrics and applying evaluation in a regenerative way can support you in developing inner and teamwork capacities.

Für CREATIVE.NRW haben wir von Raute Film einen kurzen Video-Teaser zu ihrem neu entwickelten Projekt CREATIVE.Challenges produziert.

„CREATIVE.Challenges“ bietet den Kreativen in NRW ein Forum und vernetzt sie gleichzeitig mit den Akteur:innen von Wirtschaft, Verwaltung und urbaner Produktion. Am 3. März ging es los mit Workshops der insgesamt sechs beteiligten Teams. Die Ergebnisse werden am 21. Juli im Rahmen einer feierlichen Veranstaltung in Düsseldorf gepitcht und die besten Ideen mit 5.000 Euro ausgezeichnet.
