The Impact Garden – a regenerative theory of change

Believe it or not, we are convinced that the processes of measurement and evaluation can actually serve to increase our understanding, foster participation, and deepen our impact.

Rooted in a regenerative approach to measurement and evaluation, Unity Effect’s Impact Garden model draws on the metaphor of living systems and nature. Rather than “comparing apples and oranges”, the model seeks to understand the soil and ecosystem in which the apple and orange trees grow.

If you join, there will also be a surprise for you at the end of the workshop.

Resilient and regenerative teamwork: A workshop for decision-makers in organisations

This workshop is specially crafted to empower decision-makers at all levels to support and guide their teams and organisations on their path towards becoming more resilient and thriving places to be and work in an increasingly complex world.

Creating the link between inner and outer development: tools and frameworks for guiding change
Understanding and strengthening the connection between inner dimensions and outer action is an age-old endeavour. We are excited to co-host this workshop together with two partner organisations – Agentur 2020 and Von Westfalen. Both organisations have extensive experience in supporting teams and organisations on their path towards sustainability.In our workshop, we will:

• introduce the framework of the Inner Development Goals and how it links to your work, and
• explore how finding relevant metrics and applying evaluation in a regenerative way can support you in developing inner and teamwork capacities.

Vom 9.-10. Juli (14:00 - 14:00 Uhr, Neue Höfe Campus in der Nähe von Nürnberg) hast Du die Möglichkeit, im Rahmen unserer Orientierungs-Werkstatt einen Tag ganz im Sinne Deiner persönlichen Zukunftsgestaltung zu verbringen!

Gemeinsam mit Dr. Sebastian Kernbach (Professor für Kreativität und Life Design an der Uni St. Gallen) erkunden wir, wie sich die eigenen Stärken identifizieren lassen, Dein wirkungsvoller Beitrag für und in der Welt aussehen kann und wie man von ersten Ideen in die unternehmerische Umsetzung konkreter Projekte kommt. Damit nicht genug kannst Du dich auf den Austausch und das Vernetzen mit Gleichgesinnten freuen.
