Die Räumlichkeiten (10 Büro- und Besprechungsräume, Küche, barrierefreie sanitäre Einrichtungen) befinden sich in ausgezeichneter Lage (S-Bahn, Nähe Rosenheimer Platz München) und sind zunächst zur Zwischenmiete (2 Jahre) zu attraktiven Konditionen mietbar.
