Bock auf 1:1 KI-Training mit CaptainAI - aka mir? 

 For Free - weil ich dein Feedback für ein richtig gutes Angebot brauche 🤩 

 Nach über 10 Jahren Erster Sinn folge ich jetzt meiner Neugier und Leidenschaft für KI. Für mich ist das ganze Feld ein riesiger Spielplatz. Mit der Gründung von CaptainAI weite ich mein Angebot für Impact orientierte Unternehmen aus: KI-gestützte Prozessoptimierung. 

Für Menschen, die Lust haben (mal wieder) mit mir zusammen zu arbeiten, hier mein erstes Angebot: 

1:1 KI-Training 

• 2 Sessions à 60 Minuten in deinem Tempo. 

• Individuelles Training: Ganz persönlich für dich und deine Bedürfnisse. 

• Keine Vorkenntnisse erforderlich: Egal, ob du neu in der Welt der KI bist oder schon Erfahrung hast, mein Training passt sich an dein Wissensniveau an. 

• Ressourcen für den weiteren Lernweg: Nach jeder Session erhältst du weiterführende Links, die dir helfen, das Gelernte zu vertiefen und anzuwenden.

In this call, we are going to talk about intergenerational combining. One of the generative conversations that is missing in our efforts to 'future-proofing our society' is among the young and the aged – the generations that are not yet in powerful decision-making positions and the ones that are. Nobody wants an unsafe world, and yet, bills need to be paid, food needs to be on the table, jobs need to be guarded, and economic and social stability for now and the near future seems to be incompatible with an ecologically viable future. We as a society are struggling to mitigate the needs of the present with the demands of the future.

🚀 Was kann ich tun?

Das Positive vorweg: Es ist (noch) nicht aussichtslos. 😜

1️⃣ Schreiben

Der erste Schritt ist immer, dem Unternehmen eine Nachricht zu schreiben, dass du mit dem Appzwang absolut nicht einverstanden bist. Das kann auch ein Kommentar unter der App in den App-Stores sein. Argumente findest du in der Argumente-Datenbank, die Kontaktadressen (sofern sie uns vorliegen) in der Beispiel-Datenbank.

2️⃣ Informieren

Wirf einen Blick in die Datenbank mit den Praxisbeispielen für Appzwang, um dir das Ausmaß dieser Entwicklung bewusst zu machen. Dort steht außerdem, ob es noch alternative Wege gibt, das jeweilige Angebot / die Dienstleistung auch ohne App zu nutzen.

3️⃣ Teilen

Rede mit anderen darüber, dass sie ein Bewusstsein dafür erschaffen und sich ebenfalls gegen Appzwang wehren können. Argumente findest du in der Argumente-Datenbank.

4️⃣ Mithelfen

Sammle selbst Informationen zu Appzwang und reiche sie hier ein. Denn durch deine Mithilfe werden die Datenbanken der Praxisbeispiele und Argumente auf dieser Seite für alle nützlicher. Außerdem steigt die Warscheinlichkeit, dass der gesellschaftliche und politische Druck auf die Unternehmen wächst, das Thema nicht länger zu verschweigen, wenn all diese Informationen frei und strukturiert zur Verfügung stehen.

Creating the link between inner and outer development: tools and frameworks for guiding change
Understanding and strengthening the connection between inner dimensions and outer action is an age-old endeavour. We are excited to co-host this workshop together with two partner organisations – Agentur 2020 and Von Westfalen. Both organisations have extensive experience in supporting teams and organisations on their path towards sustainability.In our workshop, we will:

• introduce the framework of the Inner Development Goals and how it links to your work, and

Believe it or not, we are convinced that the processes of measurement and evaluation can actually serve to increase understanding, foster participation, and deepen our impact.

Rooted in a regenerative approach to measurement and evaluation, Unity Effect’s Impact Garden model draws on the metaphor of living systems and nature. Rather than “comparing apples and oranges”, the model seeks to understand the soil and ecosystem in which the apple and orange trees grow.

If you join, there will also be a surprise for you at the end of the workshop.

Es ist Zeit für eine Erfolgsstory!

In Heilbronn ist unser Klimaportal seit einigen Wochen live! Ein guter Moment, um auf das Projekt zurück zu blicken. Was haben wir in Heilbronn gemacht?

🔹Handlungsaktivierung durch den WIR-Pakt
🔹Informieren durch das Klimaportal
🔹Netzwerke und Austausch schaffen

Zusammen mit Bau- und Umweltbürgermeister Andreas Ringle haben wir den Aufbau des WIRPakts angestoßen. Der WIR-Pakt würdigt regionale Unternehmen, die sich für den Klimaschutz in der Stadt einsetzten. So wurde ein breites Netzwerk aus Unternehmen und Bildungseinrichtungen aufgebaut, das den Austausch fördert. Zu den WIR-Pakt Partnern zählt unter anderem die experimenta – Das Science Center, die Hochschule Heilbronn - Hochschule für Technik, Wirtschaft und Informatik oder das Knorr-Werk von Unilever.

Jeder Partner präsentiert seine Maßnahmen im Klimaportal und nimmt so eine Vorbildfunktion für andere Unternehmen, Vereine oder Verbände ein.

Bei unserer Arbeit mit Städten merken wir immer wieder wie wichtig die Zusammenarbeit der einzelnen Dezernate ist. Für Veränderung muss eine Verwaltung mutig sein - Wir begleiten und unterstützen gerne dabei!
